Placing Orders

All orders are subject to product availability. We’ll email you if an item is backordered or discontinued. You will not be charged for out-of-stock items until the product ships.

Payment

Shipping & Delivery
All orders are carefully packed and shipped quickly after the order is placed. We offer standard ground shipping within the contiguous U.S. Additional expedited shipping options may be available during checkout at an extra cost.
You will receive an order confirmation email with your tracking number(s) when your order ships. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before shipment.
We are not liable for any lost or damaged packages after delivery confirmation. If you suspect an issue, please contact us right away so we can investigate.
For deliveries requiring a signature, someone must be available to sign for the package during regular business hours. If no one is available, the carrier may leave a delivery notice for you to arrange redelivery or pickup.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or any addresses outside the contiguous U.S. Certain products may contain restrictions and cannot be shipped to some states or territories.
If you enter an invalid or restricted address, your order may be cancelled and any costs incurred will be your responsibility. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return most unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as when received. All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
To start a return, please email us at [email protected] or call 1-800-555-1234. We will provide instructions on how to pack and ship the return, as well as generate a prepaid return shipping label if needed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you confirmation that the refund has been processed. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s policies.
Some products such as clearance or final sale items are sold as-is and cannot be returned unless defective. Perishable, customized, used, or damaged items are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
If you would prefer to exchange an item for a different size, color, etc. please email us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your original order.
We will provide a prepaid return shipping label so you can send back the original item. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will ship out the replacement item.
Exchanges are only available for identical items. We cannot exchange sale or promotional items. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
